A former classically trained celebrity chef and early advocate for holistic and regenerative food systems, Jen brings 4+ decades of experience and certifications in integrative counseling, nutrition and shamanic studies to her clients across the globe in the form of one-on-one sessions, small groups and retreats - both in-person and online.

Splitting her time between the U.S and Europe, she is an author, advocate, lifelong gardener and experimenter.

For the curious, Jen’s training includes advanced studies in shamanic alchemy and healing with Sandra Ingerman; the Foundation For Shamanic Studies; Alberto Villoldo; and the head of the Mexihka Medicine Council, Tzen Tzatzoehetzin. She is certified in Compassionate Integration Counseling and advanced training from the Center for Mind Body Medicine. Additionally, she is trained in Breathwork, meditation and MBSR (mindfulness based stress reduction). Her wellness background includes studies in Eastern and holistic nutrition.

Jen has worked with: Vanity Fair, Paris and Italian Vogue, Annie Leibovitz, Bruce Weber, Peter Lindbergh, Partick Demarchelier, Albert Watson, and a host of celebrity clients.

Jen believes that healing is an essential human right and has been a community advocate for her entire career. She has mentored at risk youth in the workplace as well as NYC public schools, worked with survivors of domestic violence, and run programs for differently abled young adults and women living with HIV and AIDS.
