Wellness + Nourishment: Restoring Energy and Balance

By bringing awareness to what and how we eat and how we practice self care, we can discover a great deal about our relationship with ourselves.  We can then decide if we want it to shift into something more holistic and self-loving.    

You will be given a thorough nutritional and self care assessment. Considerations include diet, exercise, mindfulness, spiritual practice, commitment to positive pleasure, community, relationships and more. We look at and address wellness from both Eastern and Western perspectives, and implement custom tailored strategies to increase holistic well being. Modalities also include herbalism, homeopathy, and high quality supplementation.
