Wellness + Nourishment: Restoring Energy and Balance

Bringing awareness to what [and how] we eat and how we practice self care can reveal a great deal about our relationship with self.  We can then decide if we want it to shift into something more holistic and self-loving.   

You will be given a thorough nutritional and self care assessment. Considerations include nourishment, exercise, mindfulness, spiritual practice, commitment to positive pleasure, community, relationships and more. We explore emotionally based eating patterns and how to bring them into greater harmony.  We look at and address wellness from both Eastern and Western perspectives, and implement custom tailored strategies to increase holistic well being. Diet culture and body shaming are systematically dismantled. Modalities also include herbalism, homeopathy, and high quality supplementation.
